Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Destinations

We provide worldwide shipping and free for standard shipping on orders over $99 USD.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Due to high order volumes from our Black Friday sale, our order processing time is approximately 2 days.

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 8-14 business days and pay for $9.95.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided via our website or the carrier's website.

 

Return Policy


1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Before each watch is shipped, you can request a video from customer service. If you wish to return the watch due to a style preference, a $149 fee will be charged (due to strict customs regulations in China).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging (Please do not remove the protective film on the watch strap), and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items, such as you request a modification to the watch strap (such as removing a few links) before shipping, please note that once the strap is altered, are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Damaged items
  • Items without anti-scratch films
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items that received discounts at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Returns@cat-bro.com] with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please include the return authorization form inside your return package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [Returns@cat-bro.com] with photos of the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
